Kapa haka live translation unlocked!
Unlock the world of kapa haka with live translations.
From Wednesday 22 February to Friday 24th, live translations of Te Matatini Herenga Waka Herenga Tangata will be available. Listeners can click on the English translations only, or the English translations on top of the Kapa audio.
For finals days on 25 February, Mandarin, Samoan, Tongan, Cook Island Māori and Fijian languages will also be available, thanks to the support of the Pacific Media Network.
For viewers broadcasting via TVNZ, click on Te Matatini Herenga Waka Herenga Tangata: Prelims, and click on the FAQS tab for instructions on how to access the translation service through their TV.
