Transport and Parking

We are encouraging ticket holder to catch buses for free to and from Pukekura / Bowl of Brooklands.

Buses from town to the venue

Thanks to Taranaki Regional Council, there will be FREE public transport around Taranaki to Te Matatini o Te Kāhui Maunga (Tuesday 25 February – Saturday 1 March 2025).

Simply catch any public bus going to the New Plymouth CBD / Ariki Street. Show your wristband, e-ticket or a printed copy of your ticket to the bus driver and you are on your way!

When you get into the New Plymouth CBD / Ariki Street, a festival shuttle will take you to the Brooklands Park Drive of Pukekura / Bowl of Brooklands. This festival shuttle runs every 40 minutes from 7.30am every morning and takes approximately 6 minutes.

General Parking

We are encouraging ticket holders to catch buses for free to and from Pukekura Park / Bowl of Brooklands. If you are driving, there is general parking available through Gate B on Coronation Avenue (look for the signs).

 

 

 

 

​Buggies

There will be buggies to transport kaumatua and whaikaha from all entry points and within the festival area.

Long distance buses

We are not arranging long distance bus transportation. Groups coming to the festival by bus can be safely dropped off at Brooklands Park Drive of Pukekura / Bowl of Brooklands.
